Frequently Asked Questions

    • Warrenty? Yes! One year warrenty on any defective components (latches, hinges, panels etc…)

    • Replacement Parts? Yes! Any pannel can be replaced if it becomes damaged. Lost keys? No problem, new keys can be mailed to you.

    • Are they waterproof? Yes! If silicone is properly applied, the topper itself will be waterproof. Small gaps on the corners where the pannels have bends can be filled with the supplied silicone. Keep in mind there are plenty of other places for water to get into the bed of a truck especially trucks with plastic covered bedrails.

    • Frozen latches? Freezing rain can sometimes freeze the latches, using the supplied bottle of lock de-icer quickly melts the ice, lubricates the lock and gets them open.

    • Static and dynamic load ratings? Static load can handle approximately 750 lbs and dynamic load 300 lbs. Perfect for roof top tents, kayaks or canoo’s, bikes, gear or whatever else you need to load ontop.

    • How much do they weigh? Quarter ton truck caps are approximately 180 lbs for short bed trucks and 210 lbs for long bed trucks. Half ton truck canopies will be weighed and added to this FAQ soon.
